I'd suggest considering the implementation of existing platforms rather than developing a custom solution, as the latter can be costly. You don't need to break the bank on CRM development, especially when there are plenty of open-source solutions available for free. Personally, I highly recommend the system I use for my business, EspoCRM. It's a fantastic solution with effective features!
