Which course?

I have the opportunity to do one of two course in early new year and I was looking for some advice from the group to which people feel would be most useful in career progression.

Background

I have worked as a BA for about 2 years mainly doing process engineering and data analysis, dealing with internal and external clients.  Working on onboarding new clients, SLA / KPI inception, creation and review that include dashboard, governance reviews in both public and private sectors. I have a BCS foundation, AAT foundation, multiple microsoft exams.

I feel I have reached as far as I can in my current employment and feel after 10 years of being here I should move on.  I love Process work. I am happy to do software development analysis but feel I would prefer to look at a company level projects and process.

I have been offered either Agile Practitioner or Prince2 Practitioner fully funded with no financial tie in.

What do you all feel is the prefered project management standard for a BA to go for.

Thank you in advance

Re: Which course?

If you are interested in process then don't focus on Project Management - at least not as your primary training.

You should take a look at courses that teach process mapping and perhaps modeling with BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation).  Since rarely are processes defined without considering business rules, you should also consider training in rules management and decision modeling.
