Changing Careers From Civil Engineer To Business Analyst

Has anyone here changed careers from a Civil Engineer or other related disciplines, such as Structural or Mechanical Engineer, to a Business Analyst?

I have worked as a Structural Engineer for 3 years now, and am considering changing my career, so I am trying to come up with a plan to make that transition. Any feedback would be great!

Thanks!
