May I first say that blogging here at MA is amazing, especially to have a larger font. For those of us with older eyes, it is just so much easier to use and read... good stuff. I have some other material that I can probably bring here too in the coming weeks.
As for the book, its out there on lulu, but I still want to ramp it up a bit more, will drop u a note on that in a few days.
