ABAA Annual General Meeting 2007 

Australian Business Analysis Association announced the date and details of the Annual General Meeting for 2007.

ABAA Annual General Meeting 2007

To be held at 6.30pm on Thursday 20th September, 2007 at the following locations via teleconference:

Canberra:         

Canberra Business Promotion Centre

Regatta Point, Commonwealth Park

Acton ACT 2601

Melbourne:      

Level 13

356 Collins Street

Melbourne, VIC 3000

The AGM will be preceded by guest speakers at each location:

  Canberra

Presenter and Subject TBC

Melbourne

 “Agile”  - presented by Thoughtworks

And

 “Promoting yourself as a BA”  - presented by CFS Career Management.

 

If you wish to nominate for a position on the Committee, please use the Committee Nomination form attached.

If you wish to nominate someone to attend the ABAA for you and vote on your behalf please use the Appointment of Proxy form attached.

If you wish to become a member of the ABAA before the AGM so your vote will be counted, please use the Membership pamphlet form attached.

 

Refreshments will be provided and both locations. Feel free to bring along your colleagues for the presentation. Membership forms will be available on the night.

About the ABAA

The Australian Business Analysis Association is a professional organisation which seeks to define, promote and support Business Analysis as a profession nation wide (in Australia). Business Analysis as a term provides a collective umbrella for professionals working in the areas of Commercial, Process, Technical and Systems Analysis. The organisation shall seek to provide a professional framework supporting those who work in this area.

Please note some CHANGES to the schedule for the ABAA Annual General Meeting 2007:

 Due to unforseen circumstances we have been required to make some minor changes to the line up and starting times for the ABAA AGM. The guest speakers will commence at 6pm sharp, so please arrive with some time to spare to find a seat. The AGM will commence at 7pm. The guest speaker presentations are open to all, the AGM will be open to current financial members only. Membership forms will be available on the night.
