Hello,

I have been in the retail sector in various postions over the last 33 years covering:

Retail store management

Retail store operations

Retails store Husma resources

Marketing planning

Inventory control.

Logistics.

Supply Chain

Distribution.

IT

Business analysis

Have also had exposure to the fast food industry as a franchisee.

During these experiences I have found that process analysis is absolutly essential if one is to improve the business process and therfore become more productive and agile.

Great to have fond this site as there is generallly very little on the subject elsewhere.

Will be hapy to communicate with anyone who want discussion an any subject.
