That's a bit of a vague question. Workflows, in whatever industry, will vary by company. Also, there are lots of different workflows and tasks in any given industry.

Can you narrow it down a bit? I doubt that many companies working in that sector will share that sort of information with you. So you either have to create them yourself (but you may find it difficult verifying them) or so what yo can find on the internet. 

First of all though, can you give some context as to why you want it and what exactly you want?
