Hi Guys, new to the site. I am a data analyst for a supply chain company operating in Oil and Gas, with only one SKU. I have recently gotten promoted to this role, and everything is a bit fluid. I am being asked to identify opportunities in our operations to find efficiencies which can be used to find savings.
What i am really struggling with is a way to look at my operations and find projects to uncover efficiencies. Can you recommend strategies for improvement?
