Best Business Analysis Book
Modified By bdgood on 8/4/2011 2:49:34 PM)

I am a BA with 20 years of experience, but mostly in informal shops where we wrote requirements and created visio diagrams, and some use cases, but not much else.  I am looking for a good book to learn and use as reference for future jobs.  Here are some topics I am interested in:

Gap analysis
Tracibility Matrix
JAD facilitation
Process Mapping in Visio
BPM

What would be your recommendations for books?

Or websites to bone up on these things?

Thanks.
