Leadership and good interpersonal skills are important.
One of the most important skills you should develop as a professional analyst/consultant is knowing when to speak and when to stay quiet. Another isknowing how to customise your message for your audience. Thirdly, you have to realise that you have no right to offer advice until you have earned it.
