Scrum does not define the BA role, so the best you can expect of either of these courses is to get more familiar and comfortable with Scrum. Which is a good thing. If you have the opportunity to do both, then do so. If not, I can only speak for the one I have experience with - CSM. I found it extremely worthwhile.
