I am a Business Analyst in a Health Care organization. I would like to hear peoples' opinions on which RM tool you are using for business requirement management, or which tool you think is the best RM tool? Currently we use different system/document templates for RM process, lots of manual work to copy and paste, send back and forth, which is very low efficiency.

Excel spread sheet ... almost all companies have MS Office and they won't need to purchase some new software and licenses.

I find using word tables with paragraphing and other structures to work fine for requirements capturing. If you have screenshots you can drop them in the document as well, and it makes it easy to snap into a project plan if required.
