Digital Technology Platform Enables Game-Changing Business Transformation

San Diego, CA –  Sept. 28, 2018 ––BP Logix, provider of low-code/no-code BPM solutions for rapid digital application development, today announced that customer Contract Leasing Corporation (CLC), a provider of semi-trailer equipment and services, has deployed  BP Logix’s digital application platform, Process Director, to fulfill a large custom deal—the company’s largest transaction to date—with one of the largest manufacturers of packaging in the U.S. The complex and multi-faceted initiative involved automating and simplifying data gathering and transaction processing for a large transaction involving 20+ vendor and customer locations in 18 states and Canada.

Having previously used Process Director to automate and digitize numerous other equipment and back-office processes, CLC leveraged the BPM platform for this latest implementation, which allowed it to rapidly and seamlessly record all the activities and transactions needed to place the equipment into revenue generating operation to the delight of its customer. CLC acted quickly to create a custom digitized solution for the transaction to ensure its success while implementing a rapid and smooth transition to an improved user experience for all stakeholders. As a result of the deployment, CLC has accelerated its push to automate all its business processes in 2018.

“With Process Director, we had a digital platform from which we could manage our unified customer interface and spend most of our time acting on important information--and making strategic business decisions--rather than spending time simply trying to gather information,” stated Adam Giannetti, Senior Director of Technology, CLC. “The use of BPM technology for this considerable undertaking/initiative has refocused the mindset of CLC leadership towards using technology to drive process, save money, and solve critical problems.”

BP Logix delivers an AI-enabled, low-code development platform that empowers CLC staff, customers, and vendor partners to easily develop, deploy, and enhance its mission-critical digital applications. Process Director allowed CLC management to focus on problem areas and act swiftly and decisively, instead of spending time gathering data and trying to assess the situation. Results of the deployment include reduced costs, improved business processes, better visibility into processes, real-time business decision-making, and better business collaboration between CLC and its customers and vendor network.

“It’s common to see companies becoming more competitive as they become fully-digitized. As CLC creates mission-critical applications to support digital transformation initiatives, the company finds that success runs in parallel with BP Logix, the platform it has in place to support it,” says Jay O’Brien, CEO of BP Logix.
