The BA30 Foundations of Business Analysis class is IIBA Version 3 and provides a total immersion in the BA role, and is one of the most popular classes that we offer. Participants will learn how to perform stakeholder analysis, utilize techniques to elicit the needs of these stakeholders, translate their needs into solution requirements, and confirm these requirements are well-written, correct, and precise. I have attached the BA30 Foundations of Business Analysis course description along with our BA + Agile Training Roadmap above. The course is 4 days and awards 28 professional development hours/CDUs from the IIBA. The cost of the class is $2,395 and is geared towards both the beginner/intermediate BA.
