Additional second cycle of successful BPM showcase will share best practices in major cities worldwide You're invited! Bonitasoft, the number one growing business process management (BPM) solution provider, today detailed its plans to expand its successful Process Efficiency World Tour 2013, an event showcase that is bringing together BPM experts to 14 physical and virtual venues across three continents. Building on the popular World Tour in 2012 and five very successful 2013 events already conducted in South America and Europe, Bonitasoft has added two new events in the U.S., five in Europe and two virtual conferences for the fall of 2013. U.S. events will be held in Los Angeles and New York, while Europe will feature events in London, Rome, Geneva, Madrid and Paris. The English Virtual Conference will be held on Nov. 5 and the Latin America Virtual Conference will be held Nov. 19. The events are free and open to the public. They are aimed at business operations experts, department managers and IT professionals interested in learning how other businesses have benefitted from automating their processes. Events will feature a discussion of the current state of BPM, customer case studies, live demos, best practices identifying key milestones and how to capture a process effectively, interactive workshops and an expert corner for BPM technical guidance. A number of customers, partners and analysts will join Bonitasoft leaders at different events to share their insight into the world of process improvement. These experts will include Editor Loic Bocher of AllAboutBPM in Paris; analysts Clay Richardson of Forrester Research, Inc. in New York and Neil Ward Dutton of MWD Advisors in London; customers Teach For America and Corporation Service Company in New York; and partners Vivantech in Los Angeles and eDelta in New York. Bonitasoft leaders participating in the events will include co-founders Miguel Valdes Faura, CEO; Rodrigue Le Gall, chief services officer; and Charles Souillard, chief technical officer. Added conference locations and dates include the following: * Los Angeles: Oct. 22 * London: Oct. 24 * Rome: Oct. 29 * Geneva: Oct. 30 * Madrid: Nov. 5 * New York: Nov. 5 * English Virtual Conference: Nov. 5 * Paris: Nov. 13 * Latin America Virtual Conference: Nov. 19 Forrester Research Principal Analyst Clay Richardson, who will be speaking at the New York event, wrote the following in his July 2013 “Design For Disruption: Take An Outside-In Approach To BPM” report: “Business architects and business process professionals have traditionally focused on designing durable business processes that can stand the test of time. However, new technology disruptors such as mobile and social are forcing teams to rethink business and process design from an outside-in perspective.” Clay will speak on similar topics during the Nov. 5 event. “Process improvement is quicker when knowledge and information is shared openly,” said Miguel Valdes Faura, CEO of Bonitasoft. “After all the positive feedback we received from last year’s Process Efficiency World Tour, we think the topics and participants we’ve assembled this year will continue to raise the bar, giving attendees insights they can’t get anywhere else.” Agendas can be found here.
