Basking Ridge, NJ – May 10th, 2013 – Technics Publications today announced that the programs have been released for its two major annual events Data Modeling Zone (DMZ) America and Data Modeling Zone Europe (http://www.DataModelingZone.com).  DMZ Europe will be held September 23rd-24th in Hanover, Germany and DMZ America will be held October 8th-10th in Baltimore, Maryland.
Technics Publications, the publishing leader in business intelligence and data management books, is hosting DMZ America and co-hosting DMZ Europe with Dörffler + Partner.  This is the second annual conference in the States and the first in Europe.
“Data modeling is a process of understand and representing data,” says Steve Hoberman, president of Technics Publications. “Regardless of whether you are working on a traditional or big data project, business intelligence analytics or transactional systems, new or legacy systems – data is at the heart of what we do and therefore data modeling is a critical success factor of any development effort.
“DMZ is the first forum entirely dedicated to data modeling. Our first DMZ conference had standing room only in many of the sessions, and running a parallel conference in Europe is further proof that organizations are starting to recognize how important data modeling is to any software project. The programs have just been released for both conferences, and the line-up is impressive.”
Technics Publications (www.technicspub.com) publishes information technology books specializing in business intelligence and data management.
Dörffler + PARTNER (www.doerffler-partner.de) provides analysis, design, programming and implementation in the areas of IT systems and IT applications with a focus on business intelligence and data warehouse projects.
