Business analysts now have a tool available to objectively answer this nagging career question.

International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) has launched the Business Analysis Competency Assessment™ to help business analysts benchmark their abilities against a standard set of skills in the profession, to set a career path and to identify professional development goals. There are two assessment levels -- Intermediate and Senior.

The competency assessment tool is a benefit for IIBA® members only. Users will be asked to join IIBA before being able to access the online program. The webinar is open to all and will be posted on www.IIBA.org.
