Business Analyst 1: "The system can interact with all your devices and knows your preferences."

Stakeholder: "Oh that's wonderful.  But what to do if the user forgets the password."

Business Analyst 2: "Sorry, but that was not part of the requirements document."

Stakeholder: "Oh man, I can will never be able to login without that, given the forgetful person that I am."
