Kim: "Right, but then you'll give me an estimate."

Keyes: "Not quite.  Then I'll be able to tell you how long it will take me to get you an estimate."

Kim: "So what you are saying is: you need some time... before you can tell me when... you can tell me when... you be done?"

Keyes: "Precisely."
