Tech Manager: "Sir, I want to fire Johnny, the business analyst, but I'm afraid of the risk.  He says he's the only one who understands how the Planturin system works."

HR Exec: "Are you sure he's the only one?"

Tech Manager: "Well, nobody I talked to knows anything about a Planturin system."
