IT Executive: "...it's on our business plan that we will be an agile organization."

Business Analyst to Business Relationship Manager: "The marketing team has a new idea.  We met yesterday to discuss."

Business Relationship Manager: "We must do agile, it's the only way it will work."

Business Analyst: "But we don't even know if it's going to result in an IT project yet."

Business Relationship Manager: "Agile is the only way... start socializing that with the business..."
