ANSWER

Hyperautomation is both a buzzword and a vision and is defined as the quest to automate everything within an organization which can be automated.  Furthermore, hyperautomation is, currently, more specifically used to refer to the usage of robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), business rules engines, and  other tools to reduce human intervention as much as possible.

Technologies, tools, and techniques employed to pursue hyperautomation include:

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Machine learning (ML)
  • Big Data and Data Analytics
  • Business Rules Management Systems (BRMS)
  • Business Process Management (BPM)
  • Event Processing
  • Conversational User Experience (Chatbots, Virtual Assistants, etc.)
  • Enterprise Orchestration

Do your homework prior to the business analysis interview!

Having an idea of the type of questions you might be asked during a business analyst interview will not only give you confidence but it will also help you to formulate your thoughts and to be better prepared to answer the interview questions you might get during the interview for a business analyst position.  Of course, just memorizing a list of business analyst interview questions will not make you a great business analyst but it might just help you get that next job.
