ANSWER

A wireframe is a static blueprint or schematic of a user interface, used as a visual aid in identifying basic functionality and navigation requirements. A wireframe is different from a screen mock-up because it does not include any elements of screen design, style or graphics. A wireframe focuses on what the user interface or screen does, rather than how it looks.

I believe, Wireframe and Mockup both are static. Wireframe is just a skeleton, or we can call this a sketch primarily seen in Blank & white frame. Mockup is one step ahead. Add colors, graphics or design to a skeleton and give an aesthetic look, and it becomes a mockup.

It's relatively easier to develop a wireframe, compared to mockup, and that's why the cost of developing the mockup is higher too. Mockup helps in obtaining a quick buy in from all the stakeholders because of the better visual aspects.

Do your homework prior to the business analysis interview!

Having an idea of the type of questions you might be asked during a business analyst interview will not only give you confidence but it will also help you to formulate your thoughts and to be better prepared to answer the interview questions you might get during the interview for a business analyst position.  Of course, just memorizing a list of business analyst interview questions will not make you a great business analyst but it might just help you get that next job.
