Hi Everyone,
I will be grateful on some feedback on some of the activites a BA can engage in while waiting for a new project to begin. Any feedback is welcome.
Thanks
Cedar,
Like any good artisan, this is the time to clean your Tools(et).
Acquire and evaulate other good tools that may be of use to you in your next assignment.
For projects just finished, you could do post-delivery reviews. Consider what you could have done better etc. Reflect on interviews that went really badly and ones that went really well. Get your working papers in orders and "moth ball" all your deliverable in a directory in such a manner that you'll benefit should you revisit the assignment a year from now.
Hone you BA skills. Theres much to learn!
Dont forget to rewrite the CV; always keep your powder dry!
warm regards,
K
I agree with K...

Hi ,
K- Thanks a lot, I agree that capacity development is very important. I will do some post delivery reviews of previous projects and keep learning.
Adrian - I took your advice and I have 2 books I'm already going at, seven steps to mastering business analysis and requirements engineering.
