Hello,

Could anyone help me describe or tell me where to find the differences between the SWOT (Strenghts Weaknesses Opportunities Threats) Analysis and  the DELTA analysis?

I suggested to use the SWAT for a business planning excercise but someone said to preffer the DELTA which is antagonistic to SWAT
