Hi Team,

I am glad that i have came across this forum, while i am looking out for some guidance.

I have recently joined as a BA and my first assignment is putting together an business case for social media strategy for an superannuation company. Does any one have any templates specifically to this subject area? I need some push start on what type of questions i would be asking the business, what are the potential risks that i can take to the business as part of the business case etc...

Any guidance is highly appreciated.
