Developing a decision model

Hi, the analysts in the business are beginning to use EA to document BPM.  The siolution and architecture team are also using EA to document the design.  I'm working on developing an enterprise decisioning capability.  EA suggest they support the development of fact models in the same way manner as domain models.  Has anyone tries to use it?
