I used to work for Blue Cross Blue Shield and was a BA. We used RUP for the project and used almost all of the Rational tools to gather requirements. We conducted JAR sessions too. Actually we used to meet atleast once a week to gather requirements, we did UCS, UCRs and used rational Rose to model the flows.
