I have got 5 years of experience in Call Center industry Indian . I have exposure to various domains like Banking, Computer Hardware Tech Support, Customer Service, Insurance and Sales. I have also been in roles like Quality Analyses & Process traning and Shift supervision.

I am currently working as a Senior Phone_banking officer with a leading US-base bank's BPO, India. I primarily deal with Off-shore & Premium Banking customers(United Kingdom & Jersey). This role has given me good exposure to banking processes and terminology.

I wish to pursue a career in business analysis. I have done my B.Sc Computer Science from University of Madras, India. I am currently doing my Master of Computer Application from Indira Gandhi Open Univesity through distance learning program. I am also good at Cobol & C programming, MS-Excel & VBA.

Could anyone pls advise of any online course for Business Analyst that can be done from India... ? If no online course available, I would like to take guidance to do a self-study...Pls help.

One more thing... Villanova University offers a 3-course Master Certificate in Business Analysis which can all be competed on-line.  The first two courses are required:

• Essentials of Business Analysis
• Mastering Business Analysis

And then you get to pick an elective course from their list.
