When working with a document that may have several revisions or more than one author, I highly recommend using styles. I have witnessed savings of as much as 50% of the time spent editing the document, especially for large documents.
This document is a use case template that has its styles restricted. Notice how the styles in the Styles Window describe the purpose of the style and not the style itself.
You will use case steps, alternate flows and exception points. You will probably want to rename this document extension to '.dot'.
