IT Analyst 2 - Governance Job in Tacoma, Washington

Responsibilities include independently gathering data from internal or
external sources, establishing metrics, designing models and communicating status. Strong communication skills are needed for
presenting and educating clients on IT chargeback methodology and service level agreements in an understandable manner. This
position will assist county departments and IT in defining and obtaining information for technology specific performance metrics and
scorecards. The successful candidate will be a collaborative leader, bring strong interpersonal communication and facilitation skills,
be detailed oriented and results focused.

Additional Skills:

A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in information technology, computer sciences, business, engineering,
accounting or related field and four or more years of information technology experience, additional education or experience
may substitute for the recruiting requirements; including three years or more of working knowledge of IT governance, IT budget development, cost models, and portfolio management.
Project management certification such as PMI is highly preferred.
