I need some advice.

I am a Sr. Recruiting Consultant with a 5 years of IT background experience working for all IT companies.
I'm interested in becoming an IT Business Analyst. Yet I don't have any experience or you can say Knowledge how to switch my career for Recruitment to Business analyst.

By education i am Masters in Computer application ,and I am also Pursuing MBA (HR).
I'd really appreciate if you advice me on any certifications to pursue or organizations to join.
 I am an Indian  ,staying in India, New Delhi .I can't relocate myself,Due to some Family problems.

So Please suggest me for the same

To start, you should take a look at the Getting Started forum as it has a number of relevant threads related to beginning a career as a business analyst.

Also, check out the articles on the Business Analyst Career and on Getting Started as a Business Analyst.

The general advice that I have is for you to pick an Industry in which you have an interest in and start there.  I will assume that you have an interest in HR and Recruiting.  Given you current work experience and your MBA in HR, you should consider looking for a Business Analyst position in the HR field.  You should take a course in business analysis so that you can gain an understanding of what a BA does.

I'm sure there are many companies in India which offer such training.  Spectramind is one that I'm aware of.
