Resume Format 
Updating my resume format after years ... So, Does HR/Recruiters like to read a short summary or do you prefer Bullet Points ... what works best in that ATS, if anything ... many people never hear back from ? ... Thanks.

Buzz Words - I've used them years ago and they found me for a couple of multi-year contracts ... Here is what I put at the bottom of an ATS Resume ... If I talked to them in person, I didn't put it there.
