Looking for Sample Sharepoint Requirements Documents
My organization is evaluating whether to implement an upgrade to Sharepoint.  We currently have it but it is used very little.  My task will be to prepare a business case on whether or not to move forward with upgrading to the newest version, and if we decide to go forward, I will need to develop requirements.  This is a little different than what a Business Analyst would normally do.  Normally, the solution is not known, so it's difficult to develop requirements for a known solution, particularly when I and the SMEs don't know what functionality and features it has or how it could be used.   I'm more interested in seeing a user requirements document (not looking for hardware requirements) for Sharepoint, but I'd also be interested in seeing a business case.  Please let me know if you have something you could share with me.  Thank you.
