Scrum in 5 minutes

This 5 minute video explains the basics of the scrum process. Scrum is one of, if not THE most, popular agile method.

This process raises a few questions:

  • As a BA are you more suited to the role of scrum master, product owner or team member?
  • How do you change the way you manage requirements when you are targetting small increments of product rather than large ones?
  • How do you integrate the requirements elicitation and analysis work with the development process?
  • How do you have to change the way you analyse requirements to work with a product backlog?
