IT Business Analyst Job in Jackson, Mississippi
Sr. Business Analyst (6 Openings)
•Consult with customer stakeholders to elicit, evaluate, analyze, validate, develop, and document business, operational, and regulatory requirements
•Define and clearly articulate business processes to align customer requirements with systems design, configuration, and development efforts
•Lead generation of artifacts such as business requirement documentation, use case definition, workflow diagrams, business process diagrams, and gap analysis
•Collaboratively lead interactions with customer and internal teams, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy, through face-to-face, on-site, and remote meetings, ensuring that all key stakeholder interests are appropriately considered and represented
•Utilize statistical and quantitative data analysis tools to measure and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities •Act as liaison between customer stakeholders and internal technical resources throughout project lifecycle
•5+ years of experience demonstrating hands-on Business Process Modeling (BPM) business analysis in client consulting engagements
•5+ years of experience in business rules definition, modeling, and management
•Familiarity and demonstrated experience participating throughout the full Software Development Lifecycle •Experience using MS Office, especially Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Word
•Bachelor’s degree is PREFERRED
