Senior Business Analyst - HR Systems (#20093552) Job in New York, New York
Position Summary: Maintain working functional knowledge of HR business needs and practices for the University's human resources administrative processes. Work collaboratively with central and departmental administrative users to develop business requirements and identify solutions. Coordinate project activities related to the evaluation, selection, implementation, specification, development, testing, and rollout of HR management reporting systems. Manage system testing efforts ensuring system delivery according to specifications and requirements. Manage data quality efforts by working with administrative units on establishing processes and procedures to identify and fix erroneous and inconsistent data. Assist in delivering training programs and campus rollout ensuring user acceptance and adoption.
Qualifications/Required Education: Bachelor's degree
Required Experience: 5 years' relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to structure and conduct interviews to gather requirements. Analytical skills to analyze the requirements and define scope and deliverables. Leadership skills in working with diverse constituency, consensus building, ability to identify risks and developing risk mitigation strategies.
