IT-Business Data Analyst Job in Richardson - TX , Richardson - TX
Core Pricing BA: 4yrs+ of Business & System Analysis experience, 4 yrs+ of Software Development experience in an Enterprise IT setting - J2EE a great plus. Strong Communication skills a must-have - including verbal, written and presentation skills. Excellent Analytical Skills required. Ability to own & work through issues pro-actively without hand holding. Extreme Proficiency in MS Office Suite - esp MS Word, Excel, Visio as well as MS Project. Project.NET experience a plus. Prior Experience in Pricing & Quoting Domain and Systems a must-have. Costing, Contracting, Billing Experience a plus. Prior experience in major Integration projects a great plus. UI Propotype/Mockup Creation experiene a must-have. Object Modeling and Data modeling skills a must-have. UML, IBM Rational Architect, ReqPro Experience, or other modeling tools experience a great plus. Ability to work in a Agile/Scrum development environment partnering with key stakeholders (business, IT Integration partners, Development team) in a high-paced environment. Ability to own and manage major parts of the project and prioritize/break it down into smaller components driving a streamlined delivery towards realization of business beneifts. Ability to support Business Analysis functions throughtout the project SDLC - with a specific focus on successful user adoption and business benefit realization.
